Look for Twojeffs college adjuster plus, it will do the trick and do many more awesome thing.  It works great with NL..

EDIT:  JM pescado FFS lot debugger will do that too.

Do these hacks work even without Univ installed? I just have NL.

College adjuster plus is for University user, without Uni I don't think your Sims can even have 6 want slots or 4 fear slots.  That hack is mostly use to speed up college time so I see no point getting it if you don't have University.  Some of the functions on it can be available through other hacks like Merola's painting that you can get a SimLogical.

FFS lot debugger will work but I don't think the function to add wants slots will work if you don't have Uni, the other features on it should work but I am not a 100% sure.
