RECOLOURABLE The Big Cheese Coat Rack

This is NOT a default replacement.

I couldn't understand why EA didn't make the hat or coat recolourable as well as the post so I did.

The only things I changed were to add two extra channels with four presets and remove it from the sculptures catagory. It's only in Decor>Misc. now.
