Finding the mesh for the juice box-o-blood

So I've been poking around looking for the mesh for the juicy juice the vamps drink from the fridge. Can't find it. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. I've been lurking in the full and delta builds, if it's there I'm just completely missing it. I can't seem to find any other food meshes either so I'm inclined to think I'm in the wrong place, that or they are not named something to obvious.  I'm going to try gameplaydata next but I don't think it'll be there.

Also, If I also wanted to change the name of the juice box that'll be in a stabl file in gameplaydata, right?

STBL files are stored in the FullBuild packages.

That's what I meant, I knew where they were I just got the name mixed up. I think I found everything I need except one thing. What file do I need to change that tells the game what mesh and textures to use for the vamp juice box?

Doesn't it share the mesh with the regular juice box? Can you change them individually if they share a mesh?

Isn't there a file that tells the game which mesh to use? I thought that was the case. Or does the game just match up instance ID's? I want to either make a custom mesh or make the game use the wine bottle mesh instead. I'm sure I'll have no problem changing the texture, it's the meshing/coding I need help with.

I'm pretty sure it's a completely differnt mesh from the regular juice box.  The regular juice box is round, as seen here (with a custom texture): http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=364110 while the vamp juice box is much more "box" shaped with all rectangular sides.

I doubled checked in game, it's the same. Or atleast it looks the same in my game.
