I needed some small starters and thought I might as well share them. Here are ten 1x1 starters, created with all EPs up to and including Seasons and the Glamour Life SP. I tried to make them as Awesomespec as possible.
Starter 1
Ground floor: Combined living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom. First floor: Bedroom, nursery, bathroom, unfurnished (bed)room.
Starter 2
Cellar: Unfurnished, could be turned into nursery or skilling area. Ground floor: Combined living/dining area, kitchen, half-bath. First floor: Two bedrooms, bathroom.
Starter 3
Cellar: Nursery, bathroom. Ground floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom. First floor: Bedroom, bathroom, unfurnished (bed)room, unfurnished bathroom.
Starter 4
Ground floor: Combined living/dining area, kitchen, combined nursery/bathroom, half-bath. First floor: Bedroom, two unfurnished (bed)rooms, unfurnished bathroom. There's enough space in the corridor for stairs to the roof. No lighting in this house.
Starter 5
Ground floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. First floor: Two bedrooms, bathroom. No lighting in this house either, but you could sell some of the skilling equipment and buy lamps if it bugs you.
Starter 6
Ground floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms. First floor: Bedroom, nursery.
Starter 7
Ground floor: Hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. First floor: Two bedrooms, bathroom. No lighting.
Starter 8
Ground floor: Combined living/dining area, kitchen, half-bath, unfurnished nursery, unfurnished bathroom. First floor: Bedroom, bathroom. Second floor: Unfurnished.
Starter 9
Ground floor: Combined living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom, unfurnished nursery, mostly unfurnished bathroom. The sink is for dishwashing, as a dishwasher was too expensive and there isn't room for a sink in the kitchen. First floor: Bedroom, bathroom, unfurnished bathroom. Second floor: unfurnished.
Starter 10
Ground floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, half-bath. First floor: Two bedrooms. No lighting.
