Here you go virgali - I uploaded that teen fish dress by itself.  Untouched Sims3pack file.  I guess if people want both the fixed teen dress and a working chair, you do what I did.  Use the 1st version of that set with the fixed version of the teen dress.  Here is the 4Shared Link - http://www.4shared.com/file/FH_A6D_Y/tfBody60sModDressFlower.html & here is the MediaFire link - http://www.mediafire.com/?zxm777kjt6783ut.

Sweet! I'm updating the store fix thread. The link with the old file is currently uploading.

I gotta love how the tard gets all the attention while my questions are being ignored.

You weren't being ignored. I haven't had time to actually boot up the game to check my game and MATY hasn't been working for me for the last day or so. I've been trying to fix the green house, which I kinda sorta did but didn't at the same time.

If that's not it, try using just the decrapify function without compressing the file.

Sorry, but how's that done exactly? I would think that would mean dragging and dropping on decrapify.exe, yes? I've tried that - same result. Also when I do decrapify it, the size in KB before and after does not alter. I've made sure to update the tools, and the process works as expected with that greenhouse shit; so I'm lost as to why the Japanese set alone is giving me such grief.

Well for what it's worth I finished troubleshooting and the "fixed" Mid-century modern dining and style set file that was uploaded here contains the borked chair. The chair only works with the old file.

I posted the chair here

If the packages won't open in s3pe you did something wrong, simple as that. Just make sure everything is up-to-date and try again maybe. Are you using the program or drag-n-drop? For the program make sure decrapped is ticked, for drag-n-drop make sure the packs are in the same folder as the .exes and make sure the time stamp on them changed. You don't have to decrap them if you're using packages so just dragging them onto s3cr will allow you to open them with s3pe.

Oh well.

Like I said, I've done this before. Probably 100 times. Successfully. My usual method - decrapify, extract with Multi Installer, merge in S3PE - continues to works with other Sims3Packs, like the recent Greenhouse set, but continues to fail every time I try to do the same with the Japanese dining set. I already mentioned in the post you quoted that I've ensured the tools I'm using are up-to-date. I've tried decrapifying via the program AND by dragging and dropping. I know decrapify needs to be ticked - as I've said, I know how to do this and it's worked and still works with every other set. So I'm perplexed. But again: Oh well. I can live without it. Or use the Sims3Pack.

ETA: Oh, and Baa anyway!

I was going to suggest redownloading the set, because maybe the file was having issues.

Hello,
I would like to ask, does anyone also has a problem with Greenhouse glass roofs not showing up in the game? (I tried to re-download, re-install, I DO have Store Fixes).

Hi, I have a quick question.

I've already decrapified the store items I had bought legally a while ago (I know, I know, why the hell would I?!).
When downloading sets from your downloads thread, will there be duplicates of items I had decrapified already?
Example: I have the "Sagittarian Dream" dress that was part of the "Boho Vintage Women's Collection"; If I download that collection and decrapify it, will I have two decrapified Sagittarian Dream dresses?
I know that if you have vanilla istore items mixed with decrapified items you have duplicates, just was not sure if it worked the same way for decrapified content.

Can anyone explain to me this conflict and what it means?

I was using Delphy's dashboard tool after having an issue (as soon as I selected a household to play in LP and clicked select, I was stuck in map view with all gameplay buttons gone).
It showed two conflicts (the dark orange color): "doorSingleFairy_batch11" and "paintingGothic_batch9".
I actually purchased those two items myself.
I decrapified them along with my other purchases.
The only items from here I have downloaded are the venues, Lucky Palms, and Sunlit Tides.
My mods are all updated--primarily Nraas and Buzzler from MTS. I took out the Hybrid mod from Nraas after reading about an issue with KT's fixes I think it was.
I've never had this issue before, so if anyone could shed some light I would appreciate it.

Why would you even download items from here if you've already purchased them from the Store?  Why are you decrapifying items you purchased?  WHY ARE YOU OVERCOMPLICATING THINGS?

In another thread bitterquill spoke of decrapifying everything and kissing_toast had mentioned that I could delete the DCcache and the DCbackup to start over "fresh" with my store downloads, so that's what I have done.
I was not sure how well the vanilla store content that I had already owned (only a few things) versus decrapified stuff here would mesh together, so I just made a clean slate and decrapified everything.
My apologies if I frustrated you Embarrassed

Everything was working fine but now I have another issue.

I noticed some odds and ends items in the launcher were not installed though they said they already were.
The items actually do show up except the Lucky Simoleon Casino and the Regency Arcade (which are part of the ones still in downloads folder).
What is causing this?
I decrapified all items from each update link and I installed them to the launcher at about 75 a time.
Like I said, most of the items are installed and stay installed.

The items actually do show up except the Lucky Simoleon Casino and the Regency Arcade (which are part of the ones still in downloads folder).

I assume you mean that the rest of the associated items from the sets are installed and working, but the lots themselves do not appear in your bin? This occurs when the Launcher fails to properly install lot packages to the Library folder even though the rest of the files are properly installed in DCCache and DCBackup, so it "thinks" that the files are all where they should be. This is problematic when you try to reinstall because the dbc files register the lots as already installed, so you can't reinstall over them. I don't know if this is a personal hardware issue or a more general case of crap coding on EA's part, but either way it's easy to work around.

You have three options:

1. Uninstall the Sims3Pack via the Launcher (removing references to that content in the dbc's will allow you to attempt to reinstall) and keep trying until it works; you can tell if it worked without opening the game by looking for the lot package to appear in the Library.

2. Move your dbc files out of DCCache (don't delete them). Reinstall the Sims3Pack that contains the lot, making sure a new lot package appears in your Library folder. If it still doesn't, just delete the temp dbc file and try again until it does. Then move the original dbc files back into DCCache, allowing them to overwrite the temporary one.

3. Just leave the Launcher as it is with the Sims3Packs installed (since the rest of the content from the sets in question are working) and extract the lot packages to be dumped manually into the Library. The casino is package 0x1daa41b84d333ba7494cccbce03fb921 and the arcade is 0xe89060ecc1b8ee9542b5d773423a28a6, but for future reference it's really easy to tell which package is which using s3pe.

Now GTFO until you've skimmed through the stickied rules thread.

I figured it out and everything has run smoothly since. The information you provided I saved in case something happens that does need those steps.
Thank you for taking the time to reply to my ignorance (and possible idiocy) on such matters.

What's there to be confused about? It's two nieuw short-term-only Diesel clothing sets, and a Simpoint bundle with free Diesel outfits. Three different sets.

Has somebody fixed the Seasons festival grounds already? The ones from the Store worlds are messed up for me, the decrap'd Store items are being replaced by base game stuff or are simply missing. Does anybody know if there's a way to decrap the festival grounds or something to fix them?

The February 2011 compilation posted by brownlustgirl in the thread appears to be broken. It wil not install, after decrapification; simply hangs forever.

Could another version please be uploaded? It's actually the Jazz Age set I am looking for, which purports to be included in that batch.

No, because it would help you, and you suck.  Back in your 'Dome.

The lots are in this folder: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Seasons\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Library
You can decrap them and see if they work properly.
