Special Seeds In Twinbrook

Are there special seeds, particularly flame fruit and life fruit seeds, to be found in Twinbrooks? I've been looking with no luck so far.

Two places I've found are by the graveyard and in the lower part of town in the swamp.

Have you been playing the town for at least 3 sim days?  It could be possible they just have not spawned yet.

For four sim weeks. But just now two special seeds appeared next to the cemetary, so that's proof they do come along eventually.

Quite of special seeds spawn around the amphitheatre.

OK, as soon as I was done asking, special seeds started materializing all over the place, and now I've found at least ten of them next to the cemetary and the amphitheater. So, yes, they do exist in Twinbrook  .
