Default and WA load screens for those with WA and/or HELS (Updated)

Tada, have fun. I'm glad this was so easy to do. I like the HELS load screen, but I don't quite care for the "latest EP or SP released is the one you see" way they work.

So now you can use the Default or WA load screens with HELS or the default load screen with WA.

update: added the loading text to each file!
