Is my game borked?

I know this might sound silly, but in my sims' fears panels, I keep seeing "have a bad conversation with [insert lover's name]" in place of "Death of [insert lover's name]. It just bugs me because that fear seems so trivial. I'm just wondering if my game's somehow borked.

Seems realistic enough.  Sure, death of the person is worse than having a bad conversation with them, but which one is more likely to be relevant to everyday life?
