Bodyshop fails to start

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

"The application has crashed. The application will now terminate."

I have OfB, Uni, NL, Pets, and now Seasons.

Body shop was faltering in the same manner prior to Seasons, which I installed as an uneducated attempt to fix body shop. Needless to say, still dead. I removed all downloads and ran CCleaner. I'm not very smart, nothing of mine is working, attached is my error log, etc.

I would like body shop back without reinstallation, if possible.

Did you try emptying your SavedSims folder as well as your Downloads?

Another option would be to copy the entire Sims 2 folder from your Documents to your Desktop (to back it up), and then delete the Sims 2 folder in your Documents to reset the game and see if that fixes it. If it does, try moving the files back in small batches to see if you can find the culprit.

Delete your cigen.package and remove any recent additions to your SavedSims folder. That always worked for me.

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

It was the Saved Sims folder. Two not-nice package files. Thanks.
