Are Perfect Quality Roasts and Links possible, and if so, how?

Even from a Perfect Omni plant, and with a sim with Green Thumb + Super Green Thumb, I've never seen the quality of these items change.  Does anyone know if it is possible?  Thank you!

You can guarantee a high-quality roast by using workshop profiles to restrict your kitchen to only Legendary cooks, and either have your fortress manager validate a job order for Prepare Lavish Meal/30 or just set your kitchen's only task Prepare Lavish Meal/R.

Perfect Roast and Links are no really needed, you'll still get perfect meals with high cooking skill using those ingredients.

Though, this mod can give you perfect Roasts and Links. Don't remove them from the game once you plant these (unless you don't mind having bugged sims). The sim who plants them will get bugged and his gardening skill page will become blank when the mod is removed. I'm not yet sure if he's the cause of the error 12 codes I keep getting, but whenever his ghost appears I cannot save the game afterwards.

No, Perfect omni plants will only produce the same quality as what was feeded to it. if you feed it normal quality that's also what you'll get.
