Anyone else have this problem? It says that it's using my saved settings from a cookie, and for the first half of the config file it does, but the bottom half from "JobDifficultyScaling" on down, it's using the default settings. Which means every time I download the config file I have to go through and reset half the settings.

It's really easy to test. Change an obvious setting like how often they change out of their work clothes to 75, save the config, hit reload. If it's no longer 75 then it's not saving.

As I said: I can't confirm that it's not working. In other words: It works fine for me.

Works fine for me as well. Try deleting your cookie and have it recreated from scratch; sometimes they got corrupted.

Try using a different browser? I'm using Firefox and I've never noticed anything like that happening.

It is the name. IE hangs a .xml at the file ( aweconf.package.xml ) Firefox didnt did that, and it works. Maybe you have only to delete the .xml

I'm using firefox and it was working before. And it works above a certain point, but not the settings for the second half of the config. It's a really odd problem.

I think the best way will be that you make sure that all remaining files will be deleted. I didnt beleave microsoft or any other software that the raely delete anything when you say delete it. Firefox even didnt do it, i try out. There are still files like cookies.sqlite-journal Lock in as a other user ( Administrator or a create a new user that is an administrator ( delte him after it ) ) Search for the Firefox cache folder and empty them manually. ( May google be with you... )

For the record I'm using Opera, and the cookie doesn't work: settings in at least the 'Gameplay Features - Romance & Perversion' and below are not saved.
Could not reproduce. How many options did you change? Perhaps the problem is that you have too many random cookies, and as a result, your browser refuses to transmit a complete cookie header because it has exceeded the maximum size?
