What the heck does this do?
I turned it off and it seemed to do nothing but lower my temps...The description says something about smoother playback. But do they mean in movies? Or is this just a feature that does absolutely nothing?

. But ingame there is literally no difference with it on and off. And I just updated my card, so I could understand with my old card if I noticed no difference. But my new card is more then enough to play the game so I would see the diff

Which would explain why animations look so much worse than in TS2. Seems likely to me.
