will she die or wake up?

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I never had a sim passout from heat stroke until now.   I was just wondering do they finally wake up or do they die?   I had the antii weather hack but then I read that it is just to keep them from looking out the windows.
Is there a hack to make them immune to weather related  problems that will keep them from reacting to the weather.   What happens if they get to cold,  do they die from that?  thanks

They get better. Heat/cold is never directly fatal.

Make another sim active and then click on your passed-out sim. See if you get the "cool-off" interaction. I think the conscious sim will dump a glass of water on the unconscious one or something like that. It worked for me with a "warm-up" interaction when a sim froze from being too cold for too long. The second sim whiped out a hair dryer to thaw them out. I'm assuming there's a similar interaction with heat stroke.
