What 5 Buy Mode objects would you like Modders to make first?

A changing table, an aquarium, a sectional, a diving board, & a hot tub would be my first 5 choices followed closely by better overhead cabinets and a stand-alone shower.

3. Aquariums (as someone else suggested, something other than those bloody fishbowls)
2. A single tile non-fugly dining table

And my number one wish, probably impossible but I can dream, is...

1. A reworking of the guitar skill. I would be very chuffed to see the skill modded to be "Music" instead, and that would bring with it a variety of instruments, including drums, piano, a violin, a saxophone, a trumpet, and most importantly, a viola

Better expensive furnitures (I'm sure the developers have never been in rich peoples homes)

1) The best moodlet wise sofa is a hoorible antique thing, I want big corner sofa's with built in recliners
2) More display space with more logical spacing squares, inc shelves
3) Sunken bath, baths on legs that can sit in the middle of the floor, better bathing in general
4) More useable stuff for children, toys etc and furniture specifically for them
5) Beds with a better spread of comfort (any new bed, no matter how cheap, is not going to be that uncomfy it requires more hours of sleep), also a quality bed that is not a four poster.

4) Robot Gardener. Having more than 10 plants is unbearable for singleton sims, if they have a life.

I've had a lot of play time to think on this.

1. Customizable stairs/fences/chimneys
2. Ceiling fans as lights (they don't need to spin)
3. Shelves to put things on
4. Aquariums of various sizes
5. Backless benches and footstools (chairs) for my sims to sit on

Also, something that is not a buymode thing:

The ability to adjust the height of different sections of roof independently.

1 - windows that coordinate with the doors.
2 - draperies and other window treatments that don't let the window 'poke' through (the ones that came with game are as bad as some of the ones TS2 creators made way back when, makes one wonder).
3 - hanging ceiling lights that aren't grotesquely huge and therefore stupid looking.
4 - a ditto on the shelving unit that came with Bon Voyage (although, I did discover that you can put stuff on top of the dressers!)
5 - a ditto on the aquarium thing...the fishbowl thing is really stupid and you have to click each bowl to have a sim feed the fish.

1. A hot tub! This object has been important for relationships in Sims 1 and 2 and it also would be helpful in Sims 3.

2. Aquariums in 4 different sizes (1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 3x3) with the ability to hold (and show!) all the fishes a Sim puts in there. So the lifetime wish for the perfect aquarium would make sense at last.

5. A coffee-hack which fills up the energy bar. Oh and while we talk about coffee: A cheap coffee machine would be great, too.

Simple school-library type desk/table that can accommodate 2 or 4 chairs. ( 2 notebook user + 2 book reader) There are lots of such table for dining table.
But all current office desk/ work table can accommodate only one chair. Many tables in public library are actally dining table. This leads to strange choice behavior among surface. So we need table that is suitable for actual library desk/table.
No need to rewark mesh. Just change type of dining table and surface usage property.

PS. Need to fix problem that, on dining table, sim puts laptop on table from opposite side of chair. This should be fixed.

A buy mode TOOL that I would like is to adjust the hight of wall-hung decorations. I liked how in Apartment Life you were able to lower and raise anything that could be hung on a wall. It's weird having nice paintings stagger in different hights when they are right next to each other.
