I'm checking up on it now, as someone gifted me the estate fence and the smaller gate a long time ago. Extracting the two simspacks into package format gives you 10 individual packages though, so I am not hopeful.

Edit: Yeah, they just combined all their old fences into one file. Here's untouched versions of the simspacks if anyone else wants to experiment with them.

The two venues do not show up if you work with umpacking and puttung them into mod-folders.

I think this is a given future SP. Tell the truth it will be the largest SP content ever and hopefully at the SP price. The compilation is too much.  Justifies EA's laziness.

EA Fixed that. Just need the latest sims3pack for it.

Where to grab the latest sims3pack then? Checking the download topic we have immortelleMuse's post (stating hers doesn't work), then panamacrew (who only post packages). That's the only two files containing the phone that you can find in the downloads section.
