This is the first time I'd seen this particular painting from a sim. I liked it.

Carried over from the thread in the Pudding Factory about the babysitter mod, Userunknown made one with Elder Babysitters, so being nostalgic, and let's be honest, obsessed, I got it and then altered her outfit to a familiar look. Taking that one step further and in the vein of alien/vampire/zombie/robo/plant/werewolf etc nanny that I made whenever a new TS2 expansion came out I present Ghost Nanny:

The transformation from a cute teen to EAxoid happens so quickly. Kara invited a school mate over as it is time for her brother Kane to start the next generation. He had a couple good/best friends from which to choose, but I thought it couldn't hurt to check out another sim. This is the cute teen coming over after being invited via cell after school: This is the same sim just minutes later when Kane arrived home after getting off work at 2:30 p.m. Needless to say, Kane married one of his best friends instead.

I was taking wedding photos when the newlyweds kiss and suddenly... Not to mention he was doing that looking towards the pedobait across the bar gross Dx Artie Page decided he wanted to die at the beach while the party was still waiting for the groom to arrive. The bride's brother who is a Coward, Athletic and Insane reacted appropriately witnessing death for the first time in his life.

I had something similarly horrifying happen to me the other day. I got a message saying it was the little girl's birthday. She swung around a noisemaker once, then mutated into this. The day after, she went to school, came home, did her homework, all the regular sim child things. So freaky. The next night she had her real birthday and turned into a hideous normal teenager.

Yeah, that's great. We have a thread for this already, maybe you'd like to post your pictures in the picture thread?

This was the worst birthday ever: She caught fire from the birthday cake! Luckily, there were a number of Brave sims at the party.

Let's say you're this child, heading home on your little child bike, when suddenly - POOF! - You transition to teen. What next? Go home with the same tiny bike, of course!

I just loaded up my game after having to reformat and reinstall. I went into Sunset Valley to find this: Near as I can tell, Riverview's terrain is showing up intead of SV but then the lots aren't there and through the holes I can see the SV lots. See the dome of the science center in the last one? Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions or do I just have to uninstall and start over again?

Was playing just a bit ago and had this pop up in the corner of my screen. http://img268.imageshack.us/i/insanep.png/Made me shoot soda through my nose and onto my screen, which is never fun times. Anyone ever seen this before? I currently am trying out IndieStone's Mod and I would like to know if this is from the Mod, or from the game itself.

Yes, this happened to me. I think removing all package files and reinstalling Riverview via the launcher fixed it for me.

I was playing a gardener when this appeared across the street: It looks like four different sims? Five? I got one name when I moused over the thing and tried a resetsim on it when my played character froze. I had to shut down through Task Manager.

I have had the selling painting animations continue while painting the next one, but I hadn't noticed them painting backwards before. Of course, if my painting looked like that, I'd turn my back on it too. I just thought I'd share this optical illusion painting that drives me crazy with its constant spinning. That Eighties Guy, did you try getting the guy another cup of coffee or using moveobjects to put the cup on a counter or table somewhere? Others have had this problem before and I think they had to move the cup somewhere and then have a sim finish the interrupted drinking animations. I think selling the cup also worked.

Sweet, merciful crap, that's a train wreck! The most I've had mooshed together so far is two: My toddler finds it quite lonely in the ground. Shades of TS2 Pets... This happens fairly often after he uses the potty chair. The grass just swallows him up.

Beware of the quicksand masquerading as grass! Place the potty somewhere else, or it eats up all your toddlers!
Really, I just placed mine two tiles to the left, and they could use it normally after that.

WHAT YOU TALKIN' 'BOUT, WILLIS??? That's what I'd like to know. Obviously, it's something about griffins or wyverns, and some fond memory about it, too, to gauge from the happy face symbol, as if he fucked it on prom night and can never think about it without smiling wistfully. Obviously somebody at EA sympathized, or they wouldn't have bothered to go to the trouble of actually making an icon for this.

I think the fantasy creatures are some sort of in-joke referring to the "no supernatural creatures" stance that Rod Humble has. There are often protests in front of town hall where people protest Yeti (as well as what appears to be Mr. Humble's computer from TS2). Apparently your Sim is pro-supe.
(I miss the conversations in TS2 that you could actually almost follow, complete with relevant animations. I keep trying to analyze the conversations in TS3 and completely fail.)
