"Play...throw food" still romantic?

I had two teen boys start food fight and they fell in love, which wasn't meant to happen (they both have girlfriends).  I thought this was meant to be fixed in the patch?  Could it be a conflict in my game from something I've downloaded or did they not fix it? 

And if they didn't, I would greatly appreciate a hack that does.  Falling in love through food fights is just silly.

Sorry no mention about the throwing food thing.

Since kids can through food too I wonder also how come this action was not fix.
