Pledge for Life

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

So a few of my playables started a Greek House and pledged a bunch of their cousins because they rolled the want to.  Most of said cousins eventually became full members and moved in, but one of them I forgot about and he graduated while still a pledge.  Now the former Greek House members still have the ability to influence him for 0 influence points.   Cheesy

Is there a simple way to fix this is SimPE?  (This won't cause horrible problems in the long run, will it?)

Yes: Remove their greekhouse tokens. If that's not simple, then sucks to be you.

Why bother?  Sounds like a fantastic slavery opportunity.  Keep him like that.

I'm glad I thought of this.

I always thought influence was kind of useless outside of Uni, actually.  Influence to repair is useful, but I'm not going to invite someone over just to repair the trash compactor.  I've only once used influence to clean, and only because the sim invited itself inside with its 10 outgoing points and I didn't want it harassing my playables.  Influence to <social> can be funny on community lots but are otherwise pointless, and you practically don't need it if you have ACR installed anyway.

Ditto. Also, you need to influence the guinea pig AGAIN AND AGAIN, because it always stops after a while - electrocuted or not - and considers its influenced task done.

I was thinking more along the lines of moving the blighter into the house as the slave, but I suppose it would only work if the resident sim was a greek house member who could take advantage of the pledge.  Meh.  It's probably more trouble than it's worth.
