Downloaded empty greek houses

This is probably addressed in a manual somewhere, but my FM is in Thai on my discs.  So, I've tried downloading empty greek houses off various sites and when I enter the campus and try and move someone in, they of course can't, because there is no member asking them to pledge.  I thought an empty greek house would just lose it's charter and become a "regular" house.  Any ideas how I can use these downloaded houses?

Don't know whether if you enter in build mode you would "ungreek" them by removing the letter.

Also, you could try using the clean installer to install them.

How about "changeLotZoning residential"?  When you have people there and want a greek house, just apply for charter.

I think the problem is the houses are already residential, but the person creating them didn't wait for them to return to an ordinary house before packaging them.

faemidwife, why not contact the housebuilder and ask them to make the houses usable?
