Hearts instead of plumbbobs

I haven't seen this kind of glitch before, have you? Somehow the plumbbobs that show which sim is selected have disappeared and been replaced by pink hearts in a strange position. It only seems to happen on this one lot but it's one of my favourites. I haven't installed any new hacks since I last played the lot.

It's not a major thing since it doesn't seem to alter the gameplay but it would still be nice if this could be fixed somehow.. any ideas?

Oh and second thing, on the same lot, only affects one sim. The maximum of the college meter won't raise although she has all the skills required. What to do?

Did you try to use JM FFS lot debugger on that lot to see if anything is wrong with it?

no, I didn't. I thought it wasn't compatible with NL (I have that too).. but if it is, then I'll try using that, thank you!

It works fine, just go in the hacks section to make sure you have the right one, the latest version is of July 2005.

I read a lot of people is using it without causing any problem to the game.  I just started using it yesterday and everything is fine in my game so far.

I can tell you exactly what it is, because it happened to me before when I changed from one version of the insiminator to another one. 

 The objects like the red heart which is the relations adjuster was sticking out of one of my sims butts.      and when I used the move_ objects cheat it said  "plumb bob" when I picked it up.

  and the funniest one was this sim man had the career adjuster stuck around his waist, even when he went to the bathroom.  I had to use the move_objects to get rid of that too.    I wish that I still had the pictures, they were hilarious.       

one more thing, don't worry because after you delete the hearts the regular plumb bob will come back.

whoa, thanks a lot  the green thing is back now.
but it actually said Plum Bob instead of Plumb bob when I picked it up

Do you have the InSimenator? I heard it caused this sort of problem, plus the heart in the pictures looks a lot like the heart InSimenator uses.

BTW, nice house. Where did you get the furniture?

I had it too, but mine was the Teddy Bear instead of the hearts.    And the teddy was burried in a sim's belly, like they had eaten it or something, but the bear's feet would stick out.  I deleted bear, and the plumb bob came back just fine.
