Will My Game Become Corrupted?

Hey, I have my own custom neighbourhood with a fair amount of families, and one of them, The Verducci's, had this baby, okay?
And then she aged up to a toddler, got her to learn all of the skills i.e walking, talking, using the potty, and I decided to use testingCheatsEnabled and shift-click her and set make birthday, I can't remember what it's called, and now she's a child, will my neighbourhood become corrupted?
(And the option I clicked just sets it to one day away from their birthday).
