I already have it -- my question is this:

When geneticizing eyes, is the left side zero and the right 4, or the other way around?

I've been digging around on Google and I can't find that exact answer.  The picture on the Wrangler's manual showed a brown eye on the second to left mark, so I figured it meant a four, but then it would be backwards from the skin genetics bar above it.  I confused myself and feel reasonably retarded right now, can anyone help unconfuzzle me?

Left side is 0, right side is 4.  The brown eye is second from left because 1 is dominant and 2 is recessive.  Brown eyes are dominant, so they have a value of 1.  0 is hyper-dominant, meaning they'll always be expressed.  3 and 4 are "extra-recessive" and "extra-extra-recessive," so unless you want an eye color to be expressed two weeks from never, there's no point in giving eyes a dominance value of 3 and 4.

The more dominant you want the eye, the higher the number you give it. Dark blues and browns are usually 1s and greens, light blues, lavenders, and hazels should be 2s.

Thank you all.  I think what confuses me is that 0 is always dominant on skins, but the next number up (.10) is the low end.  Wasn't sure if eyes were the same.  So for eye color, 0 is on the left, it is also always dominant, 1 is mostly dominant, 2 is recessive, and 4 is on the right.  Got it.  I love you guys. =D
