Is there anyway of having a specific cashier sim per vacation hood? It irks me that the cashier selling the vacation souvenirs is the same one that works in the main hood. If I didn't have any regen hacks in would a new cashier spawn for each cash register?

I'd never noticed that. Those teen cashiers get around a bit.  Handy if your sim 12 is dating the cashier - s/he can continue doing so on holiday. |

I dunno, maybe it is linked to the cash register...maybe someone can mod that so a vacation local teen can work it rather than the normal teens?

Yes, unfortunately, there are. I have expunged them from my game, though, as I hate kids. They clog up your send to college menu! I'm also seeking to de-12 the stupid cashiers for the same reason. Death to 12s!

Could you make them stick to their own lawns hoods too? I wouldn't mind if one cashier worked all the cash registers in each sub hood but I don't want cross pollination.

I've always had the same teens. I don't use cleaned up templates, and I think the only noregen hack I use is the vacation one to keep the tour guide under my thumb. I may be mistaken in that though. |

I've always had the same teens. I don't use cleaned up templates, and I think the only noregen hack I use is the vacation one to keep the tour guide under my thumb. I may be mistaken in that though. With antiredun, you only get one cashier. If you only play lots with one cash register present, you will only have cashier. FOREVER. Until you send them to Uni or something and need a new one. Without anti-redun in your game will spawn 3 cashiers no matter how many are actually needed. |

This is true - I have one comm lot that has several shops (grocery, clothing, souvenirs/kitsch/other crap) and 4-5 cash registers on the lot in total, which are always manned 12ed. My 'hood has at least 4-5 cashiers, which pop up here and there as needed. |
