Stuck Taxi

hey all
I have a greek house, where when a sim calls to go to a community lot, the taxi will come, sim gets in and then it will get stuck on the end of the lot.  It looks like its halfway thru fading out. 

I have NL, and its patched, all comp requirements, only hacks are the energizer painting and the college clock.

As I read, you have missing portal/s.

Crammyboy (lol, he is just here) wrote a hack for missing portals.

Edit:  I checked, it's not there. But I have a saved file.
