School Chance Card fix

A minor fix where kids in private school were told their proud family were giving them 100 simoleans, but they lied.
They also recieved free cash at other times, now removed.

INSTRUCTIONS:
 Place file(s) in your 'Downloads' directory.

BUGS/ANNOYANCES FIXED:
 - The private school did not award the cash it stated from the proud relatives.
   They now recieve $1000.
 - changed dialog box to suit above in all non-broken languages.
 - broken language texts removed.

NOTES:
 - The private school Science and Spelling Bee competitions gave awards of 1000 & 750
   respectively.  This is unchanged.  The dialog's for these 2 events do not mention the cash,
   but they do mention the mech/logic skill increases.  I didn't edit all of these as I
   "dun like only speak english, innit!".  I'm happy to edit '100' in any language.
 - Broken languages removed...

So it seems there is an entirely hidden/unavailable aspects of the game that you have uncovered!    If I am reading right there is available, with your fix, the ability for a public school sim to be invited to private school based on their grades?

I wish   Would sure beat trying to entertain the headmaster.

All the stuff from MORE NOTES down is just stuff I wrote to remind me what's there.
EA may have tried these and decided they were a bad idea, or they just didn't give the programmer enough time to complete the task.

I think they systematically went through converting all these little realistic touches into some stupid bolt-on unrealistic mini-challenge to please "gamers"

If a clever modder could re-implement the process from Tuna's notes, I think that would be really cool. Would likely work best if combined with the FFS privateschoolbillfix.
