Instructions:
Place in your MYDOCU~1\EAGAME~1\THESIM~1\DOWNLO~1 directory.
Buy item from Misc/Misc and place on lot.

FEATURES:
1. Reset or Fast-forward College Timer back to either 72 hours or 1 hour.
2. Freeze College Clock for all controllable students in family via either pie
   menu option or "aging off" for as long as a clock remains present on lot.
3. Reroll Lifetime Want if your sim wants something really lame and dumb!
4. Synchronize clock to selected sim so all residents have the same semesters.

COMPATIBILITY:
This hack is fully compatible with all FFS hacks. Tested for TS2U v1.0.
Does not perform function under original game. Do not attempt to use with
original game. Bad things happen. If you do this, we will make fun of you.

SIDE EFFECTS:
May cause computer damage, incontinence, explosion of user's head, coma, death,
and/or halitosis.

Has anyone tried this with NightLife? I did and I can't see it anywhere in the catalogue? So I have to assume it doesn't work?

Tested, found in catalogue (misc-misc), works.
DO make sure custom content is enabled.

well that's wierd. I exited game, reloaded and there it is, along with my other custom items in misc\misc which did not show up before. BUT I KNOW I had custom content enabled and in fact could see other custom stuff though not in that category.

Anyhow it is working fine for me and my dorm is progressing quickly. Thanks Jordi, and thanks once again to the great JM!

did u unzip the the download before u put it in the download folderand if u have nightlife there is a custom content manger built into the game did u enable the custon content and the restart your game.

Can you use this on community lots to stop the timer when you visit?

Yes. A community lot with this timer placed on it and saved with "aging off" will not have clock tick while visiting, so sims can visit it without losing time sync with home.

Just an FYI for those of you who may be interested.

As far as I can tell, this clock IS ok with OFB.

Damned good job too, as for some bizarre reason Mortimer Goth(I restarted Pleasantview from scratch yesterday) had a LTW of "Be Celebrity Chef"!!!

Somehow that seemed inappropriate, so thank GOD(well, thank JMP at any rate) I could change it.

Did you extract the file into your Downloads folder?  Then it should show up in the buy catalog under misc/misc for §1.

Vowelless-people annoy me almost, if not more than, number-name-peoples. Unless you're an alien. I wish SMF had regexp username-reservation. Then I could put vowelless-people whose IPs come from Earth, and people who start and end their names with "x" (other than Xerox), on the list of names-not-allowed.

Right-click on the file wherever you save it (desktop is easiest) and choose extract all.  Choose the destination as your Downloads folder and hit OK.

Thanks for the update, but I seem to have fot a problem with it - whereas before I overwrote the original my students were getting their final exams which would have been at night moved to morning, this stopped happening afterwards.  Help!  (And yes, I'm still alive - just!)

Thanks, I really get tired of my sims zipping over to the university shops with plenty of time when they leave and then they are suddenly summoned for class. It's maddening. Thanks so much for sharing your work.

It shows up in the AL FFS hacks list last updated on 22 December 2008 so I'm guessing yeah, it does and it's been updated to work for AL.

Thanks for the link, but maybe I'm just stupid (yep - feel free to comment, lol).  I see the "CollegeClock.zip", but not the "UniversityFinalClock.zip".   Are they the same thing? If not, what's the difference?
