Two things never cease to amuse me.

The pie. Damn, I love the pie. I mentally dub sims and now Spore creatures and the "Let's make a civilization, yay!" conversation is hilarious, especially when the one little guy mentions pie. It goes a bit like this:

Guy 1 "We are mighty! We are strong! We have made pretty building!"
Guys 2-4 "Yes, a building! What shall we do with it?"
Guy 1 "We could make a thing on wheels. It would go places."
Guys 2-4 "Oooh...wheels! What would we do with it?"
Guy 1 "We could...we could buy things and make people like us so they give us their money."
Guys 2-4 "Yes! We have pretty building! We make thing on wheels! We buy things from people."
<<<dead silence>>>
Guy 5 "And then we have pie?"


And then there's this...tribal creatures talking about Will Wright:

The conversation is different depending on your civ, I guess, because mine had more like "We can do SCIENCE and nuke people who don't like us!" instead of buying things.

Hee. Pie nukes.

The military convo has a nuke, a nukemobile, and pie.
The religious convo has an eye, an eyemobile, and pie.
The economic convo has moneybags, a moneymobile, and pie.

And the pie rocks.

My mental dubbing (military) tends to go:

"We have built a town center, and a new civilization!"

"YAAAY!"

"Will there be nukes?"

"YES! There will be nukes!"

"Will there be tanks?"

"YES! There will be tanks!"

"Will there be pie?"

". . . .no. No pie."

"TOWN HALL! NUKES! TANKS!! HOORAY!"
