Bad gosub tree number

Receiving this error quite alot. Happens to random sims, on random lots, doing random actions. Every age, gender, etc is affected. Error log attached. I'm hoping someone can identify what's causing this so I don't have to do the Custom Content Shuffle.

Looks like you have downloaded a hack that is for an EP you don't have.

This error does not correspond to any code that I have ever even heard of. Once again, I point the blame squarely at tight pants.

It's calling a BHAV that it can't find.  The BHAV exists in my game, but as it's a highish numbered one, it probably came with a later EP that the OP may not have.  Which is still fairly tightish panted as the download was probably marked as requiring 'x' EP or above.
