It's a lovely house Erry and I would love to download it but colour me stupid I can't find the download button? The little green, blue and red bundle and the '105 Sim Lane.rar' are not clickable and I can't see anywhere else that might be the goodies.

I finally found the time to have a quick install and test of this month's house. It uses all EPs and thanks to AL sports a nice new set of windows as the originals were from OFB so had defaulted to a bright shiny red rather than blue. I think I prefer the new look. Testing has been very brief - moved in a new family and checked that all the facilities work. Cost is ~73k after wavimg the magic wand.

The house has been transformed into a sleek, modern des res.

Front with pet-proof fenced area and parking for one car.


Rear with plenty leisure facilities - separate gym, fishing pond, covered hot tub and swimming pool.


Original features retained and incorporated into a modern design.


Outside Gym, toilet and shower included.


Ground Floor - entrance hall with desk for bills, large study with one desk, dining room with separate visitor proof kitchen and lounge.


First Floor (second for Americans) - double bedroom, child's bedroom and nursery plus plenty balcony space for stargazing.


Top Floor - for future skillination


Outdoor hot tub & swimming pool - plenty cover to stop the neighbours spying on you.

Required EPs: all, it was saved from AL. Required SPs: FFS, GLS, H&M, K&B, Ikea. I'm not sure that I've used something from each but I'm pretty good at random mix 'n' match.

Covering the hot tub with a CLEAR awning will do nothing to stop the neighbors from spying on you. It will, however, ward off the fall of Thor's hammer. Incidentally, cars are superfluous under AL Awesomespec, as Walking is back in style, just like it was in my day, AND WE LIKED IT!

I like the modern look eevilcat! I've looked at your outside wallpaper a number of times and never really found somewhere to use it, but it looks good how you've done it. I really like the little gym and the covered/sunken hotpool. I'm glad I thought of it.

@Erry. I do like the look of your house. There's one bit with the corner window I'm going to pinch. 
I found it a bit hard to see the interior though, you are zoomed quite a way out and it's hard to see the detail.




@Eevilcat, this was the bit of your house I especially liked, I was going to try to describe it, then thought, sod that, I'll take a picture. 
I like that single wall as a pillar effect. Very nice.

So, here's my entry for the month. I'm not too happy with my landscaping and the whole outdoor look of the house; but, I worked pretty hard for the interior. I've actually changed the structure around 4 times.

Some pictures contained my test family, the Rothsteins.

I have all EPs up to Freetime and no SPs. This house costs about $205 000 (yup, it's a costly bastard)
