You are much kinder to your medieval sims than I, but I do see some similarities between your house and the huts I've been using for my MATY hood. I may have to steal your dorm for later on.

It's a basic accomodation, the res lot roundhouses tend to be a little different on the inside. I felt that the floor dividers gave privacy without throwing architectural accuracy out the window.

I'm not joking about that hearth, btw. It's cloned from a grill. I have firemod, so it's useful in training up sims to be fire-fighting experts from a very young age.

Perhaps sim Jfade and Reggikko and family should move into one of these.  They need their lives shaken up.

The sad thing is that when I installed these, only two pieces of custom content weren't already there. 
But the architecture is so appropriate (I decided not to use 'nice') that I had to have these lots.
