'Walk To...' Sends me to community lot edit screen.

I have all EPs/SPs/ and current FFS Director's Cut and ACR.

I have been attempting to send Sims from the Asian vacation hotels to a community lot via the 'Walk to...' option.  When the Sim walks off the lot, the load screen runs and then the game loads to the edit screen for the community lot I tried to send them to.  I can't click the 'play' button, so I exited to the neighborhood screen.  But, when you load the hotel back up, the Sims walks back onto the lot like he was just returning from his travels. 

Any ideas?  Thoughts?

Do you still have TwoJeff's old painting based Visitor Controller in your game?

No.  I do not believe I have ever had that mod in my game.

did you have them check into the hotel?

Yes, the family or single Sim was checked into the hotel, but the others rooms were slow to fill up.

Other rooms filling or not shouldn't be a problem. I have only locals and no tourist in my vacation 'hoods. My sims have had their hotels to themselves (except for the locals who come over to tai chi at them).
