THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I believe this is to basic awesomespec standards.

Features:
Cost: Just under 100k
5single  2double beds
4 bathrooms
Nursery with 2 cots
Greenhouse with 32 plots

No pet areas
Hopefully enough room for reward objects
Sparse decoration cause I don't like it/rarely see it.
Missing a couple of items due to CC used

I have all EPs. And most stuff packs, I've tried not to use much from those though

I've tried something different to what I'd normally do with the roofing. It does look rather odd in house view, but I think it works fine from neighbourhood.

I've made a small edition to the roof, after playing a bit longer on the lot I've changed the roof slightly. The rest I've kept the same.

Nice.  Modified "Modern Masterpiece" from base game, is it?

Nope. Scratch build, I just wanted to get a similar roof design.

Very nice then.  Have you played it?  I'm wondering about the kitchen at the back of the house.

Not that much so far. But I've not noticed any real problems. Then again that might well be due to my playing style. I generally just have 1 sim serve up dinner while the rest are still doing things around the house, and that sim is permaplat and/or at top of job so doesn't need skilling or working on.

Also I realised that since 'baby bottle only fridge' is custom content the nursery is horrendously far from the kitchen fridge. The horrors of no CC eh?

I generally just use a regular cheap fridge and a countertop for smartmilk - babycontroller disintegrates the bottles.  Cheaty?  Perhaps, but it preserves my sanity.  Sims have better things to do than carry bottles around (like sit on the terlet forever).

I disintegrate the bottles too.

I like this Aner-Dyfan, nice and roomy with room to add more erm....rooms Cheesy I think the decor on the roof wall thing looks weird though.

The Disintegration option is non-cheaty, because one is permitted to simply sell them from buy mode without any cheats. This just accomplishes the task for you, much like the baby controller can similarly disperse toddler table clog, as these can be discarded in buy mode as well.

Well I've decided to change the roof after all, it didn't look right next to the other awesomespec houses I've got. I've kept the older version up as well, in case people perfer that roof design.
