Yes, the cribs are sectioned with floor dividers, and the two rooms with single beds will hold at least four beds each if your sims spawn like crazy. Smiley

You'll need to include the floorplan.  We want to be able to see if the house meets AwesomeSpec.  Just from the screenshots you've shown us, though, I don't think it is.  From what I can see, the kitchen isn't lockable.  I also want to know if the stairs are behind a door, so that I can lock them away to prevent visitors going upstairs and hogging the pool table or ballet bars.  Visitors are supposed to socialise, not spend hours hogging stuff I might want my sims to use.

While there's nothing wrong with non-AwesomeSpec houses (apart from their lack of awesomeness), I prefer to play houses that are AwesomeSpec, which is why I like to see the floorplan before downloading so that I know how much alteration I'll have to do.

The original kitchen from Aggie's was never lockable, I dont think it is lockable either, its basically her house, with a few tweeks, of course I can take away the arched door and replace it with a normal door, or you can it should be simple enough to do.

The point is that we like to see floorplans.  While I have no doubt that many people download houses just because they "look pretty", here at MATY we like to know that lots are functional as well, before we download.  Pretty screenshots don't tell us if a lot is functional.  Floorplans do.

BTW, Aggie's lack of a kitchen door was discussed on page 1 of this thread:
If the house is awesome spec, you'll also need to move the kitchen to a corner so you can have lockable doors, or surround it in half-walls with gates in. You need to be able to lock the kitchen away from visitors.

Aha! Gates in the house! I didn't think of that. The kitchen is in the corner and surrounded by half walls, but I left two spaces open so as to avoid traffic jams there. Perhaps I should add a couple gates there instead. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for letting me know, I wont change anything from the outside, as that is fine, all I wil change is the doors from with the kitchen to locking doors.  Should the rest of the house be locked for visitors?

I didn't mean you should change whatever you've done with the lot.  I'm not trying to force you to make it AwesomeSpec.

All I intended to do was to suggest that you include screenshots from top-down view (i.e. the floorplan) so that we could see the layout for ourselves.  Until we see the layout we have no idea of how playable the house is, so we don't know whether it's worth downloading it.

That's fine, I changed the doors to the kitchen and dining room.  Also doors to the stairs.
I will add the pictures to my original post.
