A well-stocked toolkit can fix anything...

I don't often dream about TS2. I did last night, however. I was dreaming that I was in the TS2 game. (Everything looked realistic, however - not like the semi-cartoony look of TS2.) I must've made a Sim that looked like Matthew Broderick or something (who was wearing the outfit he wore in Inspector Gadget), because he was hanging about what I suppose was my house. We talked a bit, and I checked his age. Because he was a SIM Matthew Broderick, he was much more age-appropriate for myself than the real Matthew Broderick. Well, then I checked my Relationships to see how many lighting bolts I had with him - two. Bear in mind that I was IN the game as myself - not playing the game - so I'm not exactly sure how this all worked. But it did. So, we socialized a bit... and that's pretty much it.

You remind me of a movie named "Tron": a user loses a game to the computer, and the computer swallows him and makes him a part of the softwares. Well, at the end he succeds to get out of it... . I was very impressed by the idea, which described an addicted game player, becoming a software... . Do you have Tron symptoms? I think many of us have... .

I've never seen it, but I have childhood memories of it being advertised on my disney tapes. The ad kinda freaked me out, and I'm glad that as a computer-addicted six year old I never actually saw it!

I've never even seen it in a video store, otherwise my curiosity would've gotten the better of me. What can I say, Australian video stores suck!

I could really relate to this - last night I had a dream about MATY. Really. There was this whole weird thing where the board was actually a cocktail party.

I wish we could do that for real. You have no idea how much fun it is. Hm, wearing his Inspector Gadget costume... you must have saved the game on his lot when he was at work. I wonder what career field he was in. Hook

There have been times where I'd have to wake up early in the morning to go and do something, still be entirely too sleepy and tired to do so, and think to myself that a quick run through the Energizer will fix things... At those ungodly hours, the bounderies between fantasy and reality are non-existant in my mind.

Funny!
I had a TS2 dream the other night myself. I'm playing with genetics, and all my families have different color skins. I dreamed I had three blue guys show up - one tall and skinny, one short and fat, and one normal sized, all with blue hair sticking straight out, like that one cartoon character (can't think of his name) and little blue hats on their heads. Woke me up!

I got my son up for school one morning after thinking I had zapped his energy up with Merola's painting. It took me how long to figure out I didn't really do that? Too much time.

I like the special touch of him wearing, of all things, the Inspector Gadget costume. Ah, what can I say? I like guys in classic styles. Mmm-hmm. The only way it could've been better was if he'd been wearing the Don Adams/French Stewart style Inspector Gadget coat. I mean, let's face it - the traditional trechcoat is pretty darn stylish.

Especially when it was worn by men like Cary Grant and women like Marlene Dietrich! I think it's the hats!

I remember once my son (8 then, 9 now) was being really irritating and I found myself trying to check his status bar to see how tired he was.
