Guys, I'm interested in the Castaway stuff in the Mian Thread. What EPs do you need for those?
I have NL, OFB, UNI, PETS, SEASONS. I don't have BV.

Objects have differing requirements depending on whether they are functional or decorative. Requirements are noted in the individual RTFMs, but the amount of testing performed on obsolete installations is largely nonexistent. Intentionally using obsolete versions of the game is not really recommended.

Thanks the reply. The items I am interesting in are. (items I REALLY need in bold)
OBJECT: Aeroplane - Does Not Enable User To Fly. OBJECT: Aeroplane (Bent) - Requires textures from Regular Aeroplane. OBJECT: Beds (all) - Often Higher Energy Than Existing Beds! Cheap! May Require CS Beddings. OBJECT: Coconut/Papaya/Banana Trees - Climbable and Harvestable For Cash/Food.OBJECT: Craft Bench - Made MOAR Useful: Can Make Robots as Well As Toys OBJECT: Decorative Crates and Fuel Barrels - Not Really Useful, But I Have Like A Dozen Of These Right Here In This Very Room IRL OBJECT: Firewalk Hot Coals - Requires CoreFuncs. OBJECT: Leaf Pile Bed - No Energy Maximum To Use! Requires CoreFuncs. OBJECT: Lean To Shelter
Can I use any of those safetly with NL, OFB, UNI, PETS, SEASONS?
Also what are "CoreFuncs" and "RTFMs". Also what is ment by "May Require CS Beddings".
Lastly, is there anywhere I can see images of these items?
Thanks for your help.

Can I use any of those safetly with NL, OFB, UNI, PETS, SEASONS? Probably. What does it say in the manual? Also what are "CoreFuncs" and "RTFMs". Also what is ment by "May Require CS Beddings". CoreFuncs is BHAV functions needed to make the objects that require them function. CS Beddings are the textures for the Castaways bed objects. Lastly, is there anywhere I can see images of these items? They're from the Castaway Stories game. This isn't a screenshot gallery. If you have the game, you know what they are. If you don't, you don't care.

RTFM is "Read the --- manual", which is what you should be doing.

Why so coy Mootilda? Fuck is a good word. Plenty of history behind it. Can't you bring yourself to type it? How odd.

She's used to other sites where saying something like that would get you banned. But not here. Here, the worst that can happen is that you get "pottymouth" as your schtick.

Why type a word that I wouldn't use in real life? Besides, it wasn't necessary for the translation.

Risking necromancy...
Having CS corefuncs in the game seems to remove the apartment icon from apartment buildings in hood view. If that's all it is doing, it's not much of a problem, but is it a hint of anything worse?

Pescado, I just found that CS Core Functions have some conflicts with Apartment Life. And these conflicts will stop Sims from becoming witches or wizards. Please help and look into this issue. Many thx!!!

No, that's total horseshit. My sims can become witches just fine, and have.

Someone may have noticed this potential conflict, but trying to read through 16 pages of posts started heading in the direction in which I'd need to pop some excedrin.
The Leaf Pile Bed seems to conflict with TJ's Smart Bed mod.
I say "seems to" because I tested it with the the mod and it caused a "too many iteration" error, and tried it without the mod and the issue went away.
Seems 100% to me but well.. yeah..

"Start a new thread" is the new "Search."

That's why there's a SEARCH box.

I used your so called "search" box and didn't find any hits on "smart Beds" in this specific thread.
But thanks for bringing this new fangled message board option to my attention, never heard of it before.

Yeah, advertising that you're either too lazy to search or not smart enough to search effectively is a sure-fire way to get help.

Where in my original message was the word "help" mentioned, and where did I mention that I didn't use that fancy dancy new fangled "search box" magicmabob?
Assuming things is naughty.
I said I can't read through 16 pages of posts because it's hard on my eyes.
Eye strain != laziness..
Tsk.. tsk..
I'm merely saying.. "hey.. this bed of leaves thing.. it no worky.. worky with TJ's Smart Beds as far as I can tell.. you may want to avoid it"..
Because as far as the search results indicated, no one has said that in this thread yet.

The Leaf Pile Bed is a nonstandard bed-class object, so the Jeffistani objects need to specially account for it. Its nonstandardy is a product of EAxis, and therefore, has right-of-way.

What plugins (if any) are you using? I have the relax plugin with the base mod and have never had a problem with the leaf pile. I'm pretty sure I have the most current version for AL. "Seems to" seems like the best way to say it, indeed.

Hi everybody!
It seems that corefuncs breaks the GL fountain.
Is it true?

The leaf pile in my game works, as in sims can sleep on it like they are supposed to. But if I have it on a lot with a normal bed then my sims will pop out of the bed whenever they relax to woohoo. But if I delete it off the lot they work just fine. Has anyone else had this happen?

Can't say I've seen that, nor can I imagine how the presence of an unrelated object on the lot would influence things. Is there an accompanying error message in debug mode?

I vaguely recall removing the leaf pile due to a conflict with another mod or hacked item. ACR, maybe?
