Converting Adult BV jewelery for Teens?

I'm supposing this would be possible, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I always thought it was dumb that Adults got the facial piercings but the Teens didn't.
Could the Wardrobe Wrangler be used for something like this? I'd think it'd be a matter of checking a few extra boxes, but I've definitely been wrong before. Does anyone know where the original Adult jewelery files are located so I can give this a whirl, perhaps?

I think you'd have to modify the actual mesh, but don't quote me on that.  You could try just changing the property sets and see what happens.

Yes, you'll have to create a new mesh for the teens. Just adding them to the property set results in jewelry that's still positioned as though it's on an adult. Thus, noserings end up floating in front of foreheads, etc.
