Partially furnished house inspired by Lärkgränd from www.anebyhus.se. Somewhat awesomespec-compliant, but not completely. Viewing deck is intended to be the upper floor, barracks are located on the entrance level.

I forgot to check the price before packaging, but I think it landed around §80 000. The house is full of CC too, so please check what you want to include, though I think it will be very sparsely decorated if it's installed without any CC at all.
