I just cut some of the yard off of it so that it would fit in one of my 3-wide blocks, changed some flooring, and stripped the furnishings for now since it's not going to be occupied for a generation or two. Oh, and changed the awnings from the game default to some custom postless ones I had. Looks great from the other lots.

Now I just need to put in some sort of hotel or other tall building behind Dance! (the purple building which apparently is blocked by one of the trees...behind the white shopping center) to balance it out a bit.

FYI: the resolution on the sign in front of it majorly sucks. I think the largest recolorable texture it gave for the face was something like 64x32.

That's cool Zazazu - would you mind packaging that lot and hanging on to it till I get this website up and running? It would be nice to offer a smaller lot. I don't know how to do that.

I'm kinda hoping Havelock will do the doors, then I was going to re-upload with some of the suggested changes as well as the correct recolours.

Not a problem. I just use the Lot Expander. I snagged it while the version that would shrink lots was still public. Not sure if it's still an open download, as playing with it can be dangerous (crashiness if you shrink to having walls on the edges). It doesn't cause problems if the walls aren't anywhere close.

Dizzy--Why wouldn't you put a Sim into the house?  I'm curious.  Is it because of the multi-levels?
