Sell pet option not available after BV installed

I have searched on here and did a Google search for this issue, but have not been able to find anything.  I do apologize if this has been asked before.

I received BV last month and have spent a while collecting hacks and CC.  It runs great for the exception of selling pets.  My sim's dog had three puppies and I wanted to sell them to a friend of his.   I clicked on the sim I wanted to sell the puppies to, but the option was not there.  I tried it on several different sims to no avail.  I then tried to sell a pet on another lot, but the option was not there either. 

I ran Paladin's Hack Conflict Detection Utility and found no conflicts.   

Would anyone know what the problem may be?

Well, this is sort of obvious, but have you tried taking all your CC out to see if its a actual hack problem?  If you find it is, figure out which hack it is and remove it.  Or update it.

I guess I will have to bite the bullet and do this.  I sort of got a little too carried away downloading hacks recently.

I've sold seven puppies/dogs to townies since BV, so I'd bet it's one of those hacks (non-awesome) having a bit of a side-effect.

I recently saw someone on another forum post that this problem was caused in his game by using an outdated breast feeding hack.
