Stuck on Lot

I am not able to exit an empty house.  The sims that had been living there had just graduated, so I can't go to live mode and click the debugger and re-enable save and exit(I'm on another computer right now).  The  option to exit to neighbourhood is not clickable either.  I have no stuff packs and Uni, NL, OFB, Pets, and Seasons.  In the way of mods, I have the Director's Cut, Triplets&Quads, No Friends For Careers, InSim, and Paint Faster(I don't know whose hack it is).  I searched the forum and got nothing.  I hadn't gotten any errors (I play with debug mode on) so I have no idea what could be causing it.  The only way I could get out of the game to post an error log would be to restart my computer via off button, but I would lose my data because I'm pretty sure it doesn't save after the last sim is off the lot, but I will if that's the only way.

Try enabling the dorm build cheat -- that sometimes opens up the options to exit and save.
