Neighbourhood name change

Is it possible to change the name of an established neighbourhood.  If so, how do you go about doing so?  Don't know if it makes a difference but I have everything up to Seasons and all Stuff Packs except Celebrations.

I'm not sure, but I think you can do it on the 'choose neighbourhood' screen. Just overwrite the name of the hood with what you want to call it.

You are correct, Emma. Just click into the box with the neighbourhood name and it should go lightblue and be editable.
