Oh well, ignore me, I have my own name mod installed so I've only been following this thread to pick up a few creative ideas.

You put it in your Downloads, like any other CC (I keep it in my hack folder). Then, when new townies/downtownies/dormies are generated, the game uses this namelist instead of the default ones.

Shiny! I'm tired of all the townies having the damn f'n names. LOL

Yuppers. I use a slightly modified version of Jordi's, but I'm switching this one in for a few generations. I've been growing up townies in a rotation so my game generates a few each time the eldest hits teen.
