Seasons: Baby Genetics

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I believe I've read in places that there is an issue when having babies in The Sims.
That if u play the game, have a baby, save and exit, then play same family again and have a baby,
that the genetics is the same for the next baby, or something like that?

And to fix this us simmers have to do a Randomizing mod or something like that.
As you can see I'm not quite sure what I'm talking about. So maybe some one can help.

My question is,
A: if this is the case where do i find this mod/hack/app?
B: Was this issue fixed with the Sims: Seasons?
C: Am I just talking crap and this was never an issue?

At the moment I have started a brand new game. and im working up a Sim i created
And am yet to have any babies due to this issue.

You want the FFS debugger, which has a randomizer option among its various goodnesses ... see the hack directory.

A: called the 'first-born effect', and the Lot Debugger found in Pescado's forums here has a randomizer that solves it.  Just remember to save your game before running it, because it exits the lot and kicks you back to the neighborhood view when it's done.
B: no
C: no Smiley

jelly: you have to do it once per gaming session but before the first birth. It will quit the lot without saving, so best to run it as you just start playing.
The random spread will stick until you quit TS2 and must be restarted the next time you launch it.

Another thing you can do is go into CAS when you first load the game and click 'Randomize' several times.
