Can't move sims out

When I try to move my sims out the either jump out of the action (computer) or nothing happens (newspaper.) I turned on boolprop testingcheatsenabled and got an error message. I'm attaching the error log. Thanks in advance.

I had the Oct 18 version. I downloaded the Oct 21 version. That's probably the problem. Thanks.
