First Glamour Problem

The first lot i went into i sent a sim out to buy new clothes.  When i chose to "drive home" the house loaded, the car pulled up, no sim.  The cars still there but she is not, the little icon stilll says "go somewhere"

Any ideas how i can get my sim back?

I saved a copy of my neighbourhood before i loaded glamour so i can just reinstall that again i guess.  But still if anyone knows how to fix it :-)

Get the lot debugger and try "retrieve missing sim".
