Help with neighborhood camera.txt please

I have been using Gunmod's neighborhood camera.txt so I could fit more houses in. Since installing OFB patch 2 I couldn't zoom in or out at all in neighborhood view. This wouldn't be such a big deal except that in my custom hood it is stuck at a super-zoomed-in state so it's impossible to see anything much.

I reinstalled the mod in case the patch upset it somehow, but it still didn't work.

I replaced it with the original maxis version, and I can zoom in and out, but now I have houses and sims I can't see as I can't scroll there.   

Can someone who knows about modding the camera files help me out with this?

Thank you so much, I'll try it at once.  I did search MTS2 for another one, but clearly I'm not awesome enough.
