Aging Problems in Strangetown

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I know this is a problem other people have had, but I don't remember what was said to them. A few of the Maxis-created sims in Strangetown (General Buzz, PT #9 and Loki Beaker, but there might be some others) aren't ageing properly. Every day at 6 P.M it says that they'll grow up in one day, but they don't actually age.

Is there some way in SimPE to fix this with minimal usage of the binary and the hexadecimal and the other assorted scary numbers?

I had the same thing happen with Johnny Smith.  If you have Inteenimator spawn the biological clock.  This was talked about in this thread http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php?topic=4337.msg123103#msg123103

Does simply choosing "Grow Up" manually not work?

They arent supposed to grow up.  They have the same days left they started out with and it never moves beyond that.  They will get a pop up that says they will grow up at 6pm but the age bar doesnt move.
