OFB people - can you sell

They said that you can put a price on anything on the lot and sell it. Is that true for only buy items? Can you sell aspiration rewards like thinking caps or energizers?

I started clicking on stuff and I could sell the flowerbeds and chairs and stuff. I couldn't sell the shelves that the items are usually displayed on though.

It's been stated specifically somewhere (probably the Prima guide) that aspiration rewards can't be sold.

You cant sell telephones either. Which is totally STUPID.

You can't sell any Aspiration, Career, or Date Reward objects.  (Prima Guide)

You cannot sell shelves, the chillers and stuff like those (for running a store) either.
