Special instructions before installing new expansion - what to do?

Before installing the new expansion do I have to...

1 - Remove the 'read-only' check mark from the objects.package file?
2 - Replace the Startup-cheats file with the original one?
3 - Patch with new NLP2 before installing or does it already contain the patch?

These answers are probably wrong, but...
1. Unsure. Try installing the game with it still set to read-only, as OFB should install it's own objects.package and ignore the NL/Uni objects.package. Remember to set the OFB one to read-only once the installation is finished.
2. No, you don't have to do that.
3. OFB probably contains the patch (but then again, we're talking Maxis logic here). Regardless, I'm sure NLp2 will be included in the highly likely OFBp1.
