Feature Request: SetBeautifulVista [value]/[lot:optional]

The only way I know of to set the Beautiful Vista property for a lot is in Create-A-World, so Im pretty sure theirs absolutely no way to change it in game what so ever. 

Anyone else think this is a good idea?

Thanks.  I was just figuring a cmd prompt would be the easiest way for players to set this property as opposed to using an external savegame / world editing software.  This is the only tool I know of and it is out of date and doesnt work.  But since I am the FNG, the reason it doesnt work is my fault.
